DELIVERY
Depending on the location, there are options to choose from:
- In Ho Chi Minh City:
Same-day delivery: Send via Grab or AhaMove. Cost from 15,000VND is added at Checkout step. (Not applicable for far Districts, such as Cu Chi, Hoc Mon, Binh Chanh, Nha Be, Can Gio)
Standard delivery: FREE. You will receive in 1-3 days with a tracking link sent via email when the shipper picks up.
- Outside Ho Chi Minh City:
Standard delivery: FREE. You will receive in 3-5 days with a tracking link sent via email when the shipper picks up.
In case of unforeseen problems (weather, shipping issues,...), Tino will notify you via phone or email.
PAYMENT
At the payment step, there are 3 options to choose from:
- Cash on delivery (COD): Receive books and collect money on the spot.
- Payment via bank (ATM / Visa / Mastercard): Pay securely using a debit card (credit card) or Internet Banking.
- Payment via E-wallet: Fast transaction via VNPay application or scan QR code.
Do you provide tax invoices?
We can't provide tax invoices due to tax policy. However, if need be, we can issue retail receipts (white receipt printed for you at checkout) or a formal paperwork with our signature to confirm for big orders.
Do you support credit payment online?
Credit payments are limited to low-value goods such as foreign language books. You can only checkout with debit card (you pay instantly for what you buy) or Cash-on-delivery via our website.
At the physical bookstore, we do support credit payment. Visit us!
